Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
